Systemic constellations in dialogue with the animistic perspective of shamanic traditions make a powerful ally in the quest for healing and awakening, highlighting the family and relational dynamics that inform our daily lives. Often times, such dynamics, so vital for a clear mind and a light heart, arise from invisible loyalties that span generations or from ties to natural settings or non-human beings.
Through systemic and shamanic explorations we will rediscover the compassionate flow at the heart of our relations. This flow releases the wise energy that leads us on the path of our destiny in harmony with the movements of the Great Soul. In this way, we may honor the spiritual core of our existence, tuning in to our rightful place as individuals and as participants in the network of wider wholes and ancestral forces.

How to foster a sense of intimate belonging to the Earth while honoring the multiple dimensions of self and the world?
Inspired by the ancient idea of the similarity between the personal and the cosmic, the micro and the macro, we will explore pathways of healing, wellbeing, and flourishing that spring forth from the sacred dimension of nature.
By examining the multidimensional relation between humana and Earth, an integral ecopsychology helps us revalue the role and function of our species within the global ecosystem as we shed light on the fertile interdependence between the psyche, Earth, and the sacred. The planet itself and its biorhythms are experienced as the vibrant source of our sustenance, wellbeing, and wholeness.

In this course, we will explore Joanna Macy’s Work That Reconnects (WTR) through an ecotherapeutic lens to help us better face the ecological realities of our day, develop psycho-emotional resilience, and deepen our Earth reconnection practices in service of others.
Either for personal inspiration, community empowerment or to support your client’s journey, the WTR provides a solid, compassionate framework out of which a renewed sense of who we are and who we might become emerges. This fresh perspective often brings about an enlarged sense of purpose and direction, as well as newly available psycho-emotional resources nurtured by a sense of belonging to Earth’s community.
