Work That Reconnects Facilitator Training

This pioneering Training on Joanna Macy’s Work That Reconnects arises from the great need to creatively respond to the multiple crises of our time, which suggest that the way forward depends on a profound change of consciousness, an acute socio-ecological sensitivity, and a earnest sense of service.

The Work That Reconnects Training (WTR-T) vivifies the vocation of service that lives in the depths of the human heart, nurturing a process of personal transformation and community regeneration. This process of reconnection collaborative and regenerative actions emerge based on a renewed vision of the world, freed from the addictive cycles of thought and action that contribute to the destruction of the Earth.

At the end of the Training, the student will have explored in detail the philosophical, paradigmatic, and practical foundations of the Work That Reconnects (WTR). This prepares the inner terrain that characterizes an agent of blooming change. That is, a person adequately trained to facilitate the WTR.

The WTR-T is offered via the WTR Latino, initiative that assists Spanish-speaking people from the Americas and beyond in reclaiming their true, wild place in the Earthly web of life (for now, the training is exclusively offered in Spanish and some Portuguese).
